Construction Services: bidding, SUE, DEI, testing, inspection, and administration. 6. Disaster Response and Recovery: support monitoring, documentation for FEMA reimbursement (major events). 7. Surveying/Geomatics: field surveys, GIS base drawings, staking, easements rights of way. 8. Permitting: NCDEQ, DWI, NCDOT, USACE, FEMA, etc. 9. Information Technology: GIS Database development and maintenance, Asset Management, IT support, etc.
