The project will include improvements to the Main parking lot and the Dietary Services Building parking lot. The Main parking lot work will include milling and repaving approximately 19,500 square yards of asphalt, replacing asphalt paving with approximately 525 square yards of concrete pavement at all ADA parking areas, repair/replacement of approximately 2 cubic yards of concrete curbing and ADA ramps located in the parking area and building entrances, and the replacement of a 20-foot stretch of deteriorating sidewalk. The Dietary Services Building parking lot work includes milling and repaving of approximately 2,750 square yards of asphalt paving and replacing approximately 76 square yards of asphalt paving with concrete at all ADA designated parking areas. The work will not exceed boundaries of existing parking areas and includes all required related work.
