• Review the site and existing conditions • Review awarded DCED $1,000,000 Main St Matters grant for project specifications • Design and engineering of elements o General Conditions and Services: Ensuring a foundation of effective site management and coordination to meet project milestones and maintain safety standards. o Site Demolition and Preparation: Clearing existing infrastructure where necessary and preparing the grounds for new development, addressing environmental and structural requirements. o Site Access, Parking, and Streetscape Improvements: Enhancing entryways and providing accessible, organized parking areas to support increased site usage. Streetscape improvements will include pedestrian pathways and landscaping to create an inviting, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment for visitors. • Recreation Facilities: o A new dog park – providing a safe, social space for pets and their owners. o A modern, inclusive playground – offering a safe and engaging place for children. o Basketball and pickleball courts – supporting active lifestyles across age groups. o Soccer Field and Parking Renovation - improving safety, accessibility, and overall aesthetics. o Grading, drainage, and stormwater management improvements – ensuring sustainability and resilience. • Coordinate the procurement of playground equipment that meets the needs of children of various age groups and abilities
