The Broken Bow Airport Authority (Sponsor) is hereby soliciting Statement of Qualifications from consultants for airfield development projects that are anticipated to occur within the next five Federal fiscal years 2026 to 2030 at the Broken Bow Municipal Airport / Keith Glaze Field (BBW) located in Broken Bow, NE. Subject to receipt of Federal funding and/or State funding, these projects may include the following: 1. Hangar/Terminal Building Rehabilitation. Estimated Construction Cost $280,000 2. Complete Pavement Rehabilitation. Estimated Construction Cost $305,625 3. Construct 4-Place T-hangar and Associated Paving. Estimated Construction Cost $906,440 4. Install Jet A Fuel System. Estimated Construction Cost $653,890 5. Construct Parallel Taxiway to Runway 14/32. Estimated Construction Cost $1,719,100 6. Light Parallel Taxiway to Runway 14/32. Estimated Construction Cost $333,540 These projects have been developed from the Sponsor’s Airport Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) prepared with assistance from NDOT Division of Aeronautics. A copy of each project CIP Data Sheet will be made available upon request. The services to be provided may include, but are not limited to, preliminary design, final design, bidding, construction observation, and incidental special services such as geotechnical/subsurface investigations and topographic surveying.
