The City of Lemoore, State of California, is soliciting statements of qualifications (SOQ’s) from qualified vendors to provide concessionaire services at the Lemoore Rotary Youth Plaza, commonly referred to as the Skate Park, located at 300 E Street, Lemoore, California, 93245. Lemoore Rotary Plaza is home to a skate park, outdoor basketball courts, a splash pad, a public parking lot, and shaded picnic benches. The concession stand is approximately 648 square feet and is not considered a full commercial kitchen. Typical items that may potentially be able to be sold from the concession stand, pending confirmation from Kings County Department of Public Health, include shaved ice, hot and cold coffee drinks and other beverages, prepacked foods that are sold cold or simply need to be heated, and foods that are prepared at approved commercial kitchens. In order for food to be cooked on site, modifications would need to be made at the concession stand at the Vendor’s expense. Photos of the concession stand are included. The goal is to provide affordable, quality concessions which enhance the enjoyment of activities within Lemoore Rotary Youth Plaza.
