A. Perform fieldwork to collect information and review existing conditions. B. Conduct a meeting with City staƯ to discuss the improvements to be made and gather input. This will include understanding function needs and requirements of the various spaces. C. Present preliminary plans, specifications and cost estimate to City staƯ, Ư&e not a part of the design. D. Finalize plans, specifications detailing the building interior improvements. Prepare bid package for vendors. E. Coordinate with vendors to answer questions regarding furniture selection, approve alternate selections or materials, issue addenda as necessary. F. Conduct a Pre-Bid meeting with the prospective bidders and respond to questions from the prospective bidders as they review bid documents. G. Attend and assist in conducting a preconstruction conference with the City, the successful Vendor and other interested agencies. H. Provide on-site construction services consisting of construction observation services and report work-in-progress. A minimum of three (3) visits are to be provided. I. Review change orders, project submittals and contractor pay requests. J. Conduct a post construction review and generate punchlist.
