• The Offeror will provide personnel to prepare pre-employment polygraphs. • Polygraphs shall be Scheduled with the CDPS applicant within two business days after CDPS Human Resources (HR) requests scheduling. Unless approved by CDPS HR, polygraph examinations should be held and completed within 10 days of the request for the scheduling. • CDPS HR will work with the Offeror on extension of deadline for scheduling and completion should a large volume of candidates in excess of 50 to up to 4-5 weeks. • Polygraph written report, subsequent analysis, determination of the polygraph exam results, and related audio/video tapes for each polygraph that is performed must be available to CDPS Human Resources within three business days of the performance of the polygraph exam. • The Offeror will use a testing format, and question battery, that is approved by CDPS. • All completed polygraph examinations shall undergo a quality control check by another experienced examiner. The name and the date reviewed shall be noted on the printed report prior to sending to CDPS Human Resources. • The Offeror will provide testimony of phone consultation to CDPS Human Resources or the Attorney General’s office as needed for appeals.
