The Contractor shall provide the following facility items: • Access to the grounds and designated indoor and PFT course area by the start time on the designated dates. The actual dates and times shall be mutually agreed upon by CDCR and the Contractors contact. Additional dates may be added based upon CDCR’s need as long as the additional dates are mutually agreed upon by CDCR and the Contractors’ contact. • Give priority in scheduling/reserving space and rooms to OPOS. • Open the facility at least 1 hour prior to and after of the scheduled start of PFT to permit OPOS staff to set up and take down of the equipment needed for the testing. • Up to six (6) tables (60 inches by 30 inches) and eight (8) chairs provided. • Access to at least three (3) power outlets for CDCR computer setup and printing. • Exclusive access to a generally level area (i.e. asphalt, concrete, all-weather track, etc.) to contain the PFT course (minimum of 70,000 sq. ft.). • Shall provide OPOS access to indoor space (minimum of 1,750 sq ft.) and restrooms for CDCR staff and PFT participants. This area will be utilized exclusively by OPOS during the dates and times reserved for the OPOS PFT.
