The ideal Respondent or firm will document their experience an ability to facilitate the following: A. Coordinate the initial design of the concepts that will comprise the development; B. Understand market conditions; C. Have an understanding of and ability to facilitate or arrange the architectural, engineering, development, construction, and infrastructure needs of the Property; D. Develop innovative parking solutions that serve both the Arena District and the Classic Center; E. Assist with soliciting interested developer(s) to develop the aspects of the project, following conceptual design approval by the Development Committee and the Commission; F. Have experience with public-private partnerships; G. Have the experience necessary to engage with downtown stakeholders, the Unified Government, University of Georgia representatives, the Classic Center Authority, and the Downtown Athens Development Authority; H. Have the ability to draw upon internal or external sources, or both, to provide project management services related to the design, finance, build, and cost of the components of the development approved by the Development Committee and Commission. I. Understand and have experience with financial instruments that will support the Project.
