Electrical supplies, equipment and contracted services. The service will be for an on-call basis for all TEAGUE ISD Facilities. Successful bidder(s) will be on-call to TISD with a same day response time for emergency breakdowns to service and/or repair TISD’s Plumbing as necessary. Work shall be done in a timely and orderly manner and all work areas shall be kept free from any safety hazards. Work areas shall be left clean and as close to original condition as possible. Any work that is required will be cleared with one of the following persons: Craig Carpenter, Director of Operations or his successor or designee: 254-739-1314. All work must be approved by one of the above-named persons prior to commencement of any work. The hourly rate for the service call will commence when the Contractor arrives at the specified location and contacts the appropriate TISD personnel. The successful bidder will supply all necessary personnel, tools, and equipment to accomplish installation, service, and/or repair of Plumbing systems. All costs associated with the installation, service, and/or repair of plumbing systems must be included in the hourly rate. The bidder will bid a regular hourly rate (hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday) and an after hours/weekend/holidays hourly rate (hours from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., weekends, and school designated holidays). The bidder will bid repair parts and materials (including replacement units) as a separate expense priced on a cost plus % price.
