Plano ISD is requesting pricing for both 14” and 16” pizzas to analyze difference in price and nutrition standards. Plano intends to only purchase 14” or 16” cheese and pepperoni pizza. Quantities below indicate a total estimated need of 1012 pepperoni and 805 cheese pizzas despite size selected. Submitting a price quote guarantees specifications are met per category: 1. 16" Pizza, Italian Pepperoni: 16" round, RF/RS (Reduced Fat/Reduced Sodium) Pork and /or Beef Pepperoni Pizza, pre-sliced into 8 equal pieces, WG (whole grain) crust, cheese, 100% lite mozzarella, tomato sauce, made from crushed tomatoes and spices, fully cooked to be delivered in insulated bags. Maximum 1 slice each serving to provide at least 2 M/MA (meat/meat alternative), 2 G (grain). 2. 16" Pizza, Cheese: 16" round, Cheese Pizza, pre-sliced into 8 equal pieces, whole grain crust, cheese, 100% lite mozzarella, tomato sauce, made from crushed tomatoes and spices, fully cooked to be delivered in insulated bags. Maximum 1 slice each serving to provide at least 2 M/MA, 2 G.
