The Contractor shall perform in accordance with the following service specifications: Contractor will utilize TTUHSC radiology equipment if available and installed at the TDCJ Unit locations listed below: 1. CLEMENTS UNIT – 9601 Spur 591, Amarillo, TX 79107 2. DALHART UNIT – 11950 FM 998, Dalhart, TX 79022 3. FT. STOCKTON N5 UNIT – 1536 IH-10 East, Fort Stockton, TX 79735 4. LYNAUGH UNIT – 1098 South Highway 2037, Fort Stockton, TX 79735 5. SANCHEZ UNIT – 3901 State Jail Road, El Paso, TX 79938 6. SMITH UNIT – 1313 CR 19, Lamesa, TX 79331 Can deliver services to the locations listed above with the option to add additional units. Services needed include a Radiology Technician / Mobile X-ray equipment or Radiology Technician to provide services with X-Ray equipment that is onsite. Service frequency expected to be at least twice a month. Mobile X-Ray equipment should have the ability to take routine X-rays.
