The objectives of TAMU-VPI for the large virtual production stage are to provide a facility to house the TAMU-VPI virtual production operations including education, workforce development, and research and creative projects with external partners. The RESPONDENT proposal shall address how the Developer will work closely with TAMU-VPI leadership to ensure the facility is functional and aesthetically pleasing while meeting all regulations. TAMU-VPI is looking for a Developer who can define a development plan that minimizes risk (financial, reputational, operational, etc.) to TAMU related to this facility.
