The work includes, but is not limited to, all labor and equipment to collect soil samples from selected locations; transport soil samples to approved laboratory; review and analyze soil test results and provide a soil sample report to designated City staff; and meet with City staff to discuss the soil test results. The purpose of this work is to classify any hazardous contamination to determine if the soil removed the City’s storm drain systems can be disposed of at a local sanitation disposal facility. The Consultant must be able to provide soil testing and analysis services twice a year and on an as-needed basis when requested by designated City staff.
