1. Repair, replacement, or new installation services for cameras or systems. Services to include a. Installation and performance test of new security cameras in accordance with manufacturer and industry standard requirements. City will provide Contractor minimum equipment performance specifications, and may require use of specific make/model equipment. b. Repair or replacement of deficient cameras or equipment discovered during regular maintenance. c. Warranty repair or replacement services for equipment installed by Contractor. Contractor will provide or cause to be provided all manufacturer warranty support for equipment sourced by the Contractor, and will provide one-year warranty for all other labor and materials provided by the Contractor. d. Acquisitions of all parts and equipment necessary to accomplish the above, unless otherwise provided by the City. e. Call-out diagnostic and repair services based on camera criticality score to be set by the City: (1) Red: Two hour on-site response (2) Yellow: Six-hour on-site response (3) Green: 24-hour on-site response (4) White: 48-hour on-site response (or next business day, whichever is later). 2. Event support a. Pre-event survey of event-associated cameras and supporting equipment for City identified events. Events to be identified by City with a minimum 72-hours notice to Contractor. b. Acquisition and installation of temporary cameras and supporting equipment identified by the City as desired for designated events. c. Heightened standby support and repair services for designated events. 3. Enter maintenance and equipment data into City provided “live” inventory database for any services provided for supported camera systems. City has a draft inventory of cameras and locations listed in Exhibit A that City will maintain either through its Nexgen, Genetec, or similar software database. Data fields that may be required for Contractor to provide or update include: a. Location b. Equipment on site (manufacturer, model, firmware version, type- IP/analog) c. Installation and maintenance history d. Performance functions of camera e. Status f. Network location / MAC address g. Data storage location h. Photograph of equipment
