A. Review of Existing Materials • Analyze previous strategic plans, budget documents, and organizational assessments. • Identify key trends, priorities, and challenges. B. Stakeholder Engagement • Facilitate interviews, surveys, or workshops with: o Elected officials (Board of Trustees) o Executive leadership o District staff o Community members (optional) C. Facilitated Workshops and Retreats • Design and lead strategic planning sessions with the Board of Trustees and executive leadership to establish/refine vision, mission, values, and strategic priorities/goals. D. Strategic Plan Development • Draft a Strategic Plan with clearly defined goals, strategies, and performance measures. • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders. • Produce a final, professionally formatted Strategic Plan. • Development of an implementation framework or action plan. • Creation of performance dashboards or reporting tools. E. Reports to be Prepared 1. Complete a draft Strategic Plan report. Report should be brief, visually pleasing, and include photos and graphics. 2. Complete a final Strategic Plan after receiving comments from stakeholders.
