1. Maximum 21-foot (ft) total length (including tongue and hitch), 16-ft working space with a 5 feet tongue and hitch. 2. Minimum of two 5000-pound (lb.) rated Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) rust protected axles, torsion type suspension, radial tires and one mounted spare tire with rim. 3. One Trailer Hitch installed on the end of the tongue to be equipped with a 2-5/16-inch ball connection and two safety chains that meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for strength and length. 4. Trailer sides to be skinned with a minimum thickness .063-inch white aluminum panels. 5. Rust protection coating applied to frame. 6. Power tongue jack, installed. 7. Four (4) corner manual leveling jacks, installed. 8. 360-degree coverage light-emitting diode (LED) external lighting. 9. A curbside (passenger side) locking entrance door. The door design and locking mechanism(s) shall be of commercial or industrial standard rather than recreational vehicle (RV) style. 10. Minimum 10-ft x 8ft vinyl electric awning installed over curbside door with a wind sensor for automatic retraction in high winds. 11. A minimum of two (2) 20-amp ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) electrical plugs on the curbside exterior of the trailer, one near the front and the other(s) at the back of the trailer. 12. Minium of two (2) glass tinted windows with metal frames, one with emergency egress. Windows shall be placed on the street side (driver) and rear wall of the trailer. At least one window shall be a minimum size of 30-inch x 22-inch.
