TCG is seeking to plan for a build out of a new facility that it will lease in Lawrence, MA in an affordable housing development. On the first floor of the housing development, TCG seeks to build a 25,000 SF facility capable of accommodating TCG’s programs, including serving up to 200 children in a child care setting for infants through five-years of age, as well as out of school time programming for school age children. The plans will also include a small outdoor play area. The space will be delivered to TCG as a white box; TCG seeks fee-based development advisory services (development advisor) to oversee planning for the facility build out, along with plans for any required site and infrastructure work. TCG intends to apply for Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) capital funds through the EEOST capital funding program. As such, we plan to submit an application to EEC by December, 2025.
