Demolition Scope of Services 1. Provide all labor, material, and equipment to complete the work indicated per the project drawings, specifications and this ITB including but not limited to the following. 2. Provide on-site supervision by a qualified individual anytime contract work is performed on site. 3. The contractor will provide and maintain temporary toilet facilities, drinking water, temporary secure storage, and trash & recycling services as required. 4. Provide daily clean-up of the site. 5. Provide safe and secure separation of the work area from the public. 6. Contractor to isolate construction activities from occupied areas including dust control procedures and traffic control for the work as necessary. 7. The contractor is responsible for contacting the city of Rutland and GMP to coordinate utility disconnections. 8. Complete removal of the elevator is included in this scope of work.
