BPS seeks to establish partnerships with accredited two-year or four-year colleges and universities. To ensure diverse and adequate capacity to meet the needs of BPS students, up to five partnerships may be awarded. BPS is particularly interested in institutions that can: 1. Offer an existing suite of courses in either or both of the following areas: a. General education courses (e.g., English, mathematics, science, arts) b. Career-technical education courses in fields such as health sciences, business, finance, education, construction, criminal justice, computer science, and engineering. 2. Offers courses via at least one of the following modalities: a. in-person b. synchronous hybrid virtual/in-person c. fully asynchronous virtual options. 3. Offer students in person and online access to campus amenities—such as libraries, student centers, and tutoring services.
