Seeking bids to install (2) Electric wall mount space heaters for bathrooms, 18K btu multizone mini split system with (2) 9K btu ceiling cassettes. The ceiling cassettes will condition main hallway. Scope of work includes: Need existing wall mount mini split in assistant principal's office removed. Need existing mini split in Library removed. Need (2) single zone 9K btu mini split systems installed in assistant principal offices. Air handlers are ceiling cassettes. Need (1) 36k btu high wall mount mini split system installed in library. Cassettes need to be installed using steel strut and all thread support system. New electrical supplies will need to be installed to provide power to condenser units. Drains need to be PVC material, insulated, and properly supported. They need to have proper fall. If fall cannot be achieved a secondary pump will need to be installed to achieve drainage. Copper refrigerant lines need to be completely insulated without breaks at brass flare fittings. Copper lines need to be supported with metal straps. Need new copper refrigerant lines to replace existing lines in library. Need new condensate pump and drain lines for library system. Need new communication wire for library system. Existing library mini split condenser electrical supply may need upgrade to provide supply to new condenser Existing concrete pads may be used where available. Metal wall bracket needs to be used where concrete pads are not provided. All damage ceiling tiles need to be replaced. All damaged ceiling t bars need to be replaced.
