• Provide engineering support to MassDOT in defining a c-UAS requirements baseline and the desired future c-UAS capabilities; support MassDOT’s ability to evaluate and deploy c-UAS capabilities; and provide technology insight, regulatory guidance, and strategic planning support regarding c-UAS. • Provide support for the development and implementation of the National c-UAS Center of Excellence. Support includes technical expertise, industry collaboration and insights and guidance in federal c-UAS policy and guidance. • Provide engineering support, technology insight, regulatory guidance, safety risk assessment, and strategic planning to support MassDOT’s enabling UAS BVLOS development efforts. • Assess existing federal capabilities to determine suitability for MassDOT UAS and c-UAS activities and develop pathways to access any federal capabilities that may be shared. • Provide technical and strategic expertise support for the development and implementation of AAM for the future of aviation transportation in the Commonwealth through the development of AAM use cases, technology assessments to determine functional and regulatory pathways, and by identifying collaboration opportunities and facilitating the transfer of information between AAM stakeholders. • Provide support for conducting collaboration with key stakeholders to include federal and state agencies, industry and multi state AAM engagements. • Provide strategic planning, technical support, engineering expertise, and facilitate transfer of information between stakeholders for the development of a comprehensive intermodal transportation plan for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. • Provide strategic planning, and technical support for the design, development and implementation of a UAS traffic awareness capability. • Provide project management services for the provided work, including development of a project management plan and updates on status.
