I. General Services: A. Daily: 1. Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners as needed 2. Disinfect and polish water fountains 3. Clean all glass indoors (entry door only) B. Weekly: 1. Disinfect all light switches 2. Spot clean carpet C. Monthly: 1. Damp wipe all base boards 2. Bonnet clean all carpet D. Two Times Per Month: 1. Sweep, mop with restorer and buff all VC tile floors E. Quarterly: 1. Machine scrub, with a brush attachment, all tile and grout floors F. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Quarters, only: 1. Scrub and wax all VC tile floors G. Yearly: 1. Strip & wax all VC tile floors (5 coats total- 4th Quarter) 2. Steam extract all carpet II. Lobby/Atrium: A. Daily: 1. Vacuum entry mats 2. Sweep & completely wet mop entry ways at front & back of atrium 3. Sweep & completely wet mop floor (move tables and chairs as needed) 4. Disinfect receptionist customer counter 5. Clean tabletops 6. Wipe down chairs as needed B. Weekly: 1. Disinfect telephones 2. Clean tables and chairs completely C. 3 Times Per Week: 1. Dust receptionist desk and clean floor behind receptionist desk, including area under desk III. Steps and Landings: A. Daily: 1. Sweep and spot mop floors B. Weekly: 1. Damp wipe stair rails 2.
