Scope of Projects Constructing, equipping and furnishing three new approximately 10,000 sq. foot performing arts auditoriums in Toledo, Newport, and Waldport with classroom instructional space. Statement of Work The consultant(s) chosen shall work in cooperation with LCSD’s Project Manager to provide architectural & engineering services for planning, design and construction administration as requested. These services will include civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, telecom, security, etc. as appropriate to the various projects. Some or all of the projects may involve the CM/GC method of construction contractor selection. D.
