a. Respondent must provide a minimum of two (2) personnel to be in the same building at the same times. b. If two personnel cannot be present at the same time, then Respondent agrees: (a) that cleaning shift shall be cancelled (b) the facilities manager will be notified, and (c) the invoice for that month shall be reduced by a prorated amount or reduced by 1/20th, whichever is greater. c. Respondent agrees that no Respondent staff member shall ever be alone in a building. d. Respondent personnel must always be in a uniform that identifies them as employees of the Respondent. e. Respondent must agree to have CDA buildings cleaned consistently and on time. f. Respondent staff must set security alarms and lock the building upon completion of cleaning duties. g. If Respondent fails to secure either building, it shall be considered a breach of the agreement. h. Respondent agrees to provide Janitorial services beginning at 4:00 pm MT for the biochemistry lab. i. Respondent staff must be escorted while in the biochemistry lab. j. Respondent agrees that Janitorial services provided in the biochemistry lab must be complete by 5:00 pm MT. k. Respondent agrees that Janitorial services for other areas of CDA are to begin at 5:00 pm MT. l. The Awarded Respondent agrees that they may not subcontract out daily cleaning tasks.
