THE PROJECT: The County Administrative Center (CAC) is located at 4080 Lemon Street, Riverside, CA 92501. This is a thirteen (13) story building with basement that houses multiple departments including, but not limited to, the Board of Supervisors, Executive Office, Clerk of the Board, Auditor-Controller, Assessor-County Clerk- Recorder, and Human Resources. The modernization will consist of five (5) elevators (four (4) passenger and one (1) service) to include new controls and gearless machinery, an upgraded Elevator Management System (EMS), new cab interiors, related ADA, mechanical/electrical, fire alarm, and fire protection upgrades. THE SERVICES: The Facilities Management, Project Management Office will select the Architectural firm which demonstrates a client focused business philosophy that is determined to be the best qualified through organization, structure, resource base, and personnel expertise and experience to deliver the required knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following subject areas to support successful project delivery services which include, but are not limited to: 1.
