Contractor to remove old 69 KV Fuse, insulators, and underhanging bus tubing. Contractor to install the OMPA provided grounding material, Siemens 69 KV circuit breaker, copper bus tubing with connectors, 4/0 Copper Jumpers, Automatic Transfer Switch, Grounding material, Contractor to provide and install the new circuit breaker foundation, 3” control cable conduit, 3” circuit breaker flexible control cable conduit, control cable to the control house termination terminal blocks, Circuit Breaker 3” Conduit, Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), ATS Grounding material, ATS 2” Conduit, #2 Copper phase cable and #6 Copper Neutral cable, Substation select fill soil, Substation rock, and Substation site cleanup.
