1.2.1 TRASH, RECYCLING, AND LITTER COLLECTION & DISPOSAL The Contractor shall collect and dispose of any level of trash accumulated in trash containers in the designated park areas. All containers shall be emptied according to schedule. Contractor is to provide an appropriately sized bag to fill the trash receptacle liners. The bags shall go inside the liner and the folded over the outside of the liner. Bags shall not be folded over the receptacle and visibly exposed. In designated parks, the contactor shall collect and dispose of debris and ground litter in or on all grassed areas, plant and shrub beds, sidewalks, streets, and curbs in all park locations. Litter includes any trash related to man-made materials. All collected materials shall be delivered to an approved collection site. Recycling containers shall be lined with clear plastic bags and emptied during each trash collection. All collected materials shall be delivered to an approved collection site for recyclables. Disposal shall occur off-site in accordance with all applicable regulations
