The Firm(s) will provide comprehensive services related to the City’s implementation of the CDBG-DR Action Plan including program management, grant compliance, environmental reviews, program implementation, project support, construction project management, technical assistance, and general grant administration for the City’s CDBG-DR programs. All activities must comply with HUD requirements and be performed under the City’s direction. ● General CDBG-DR Grant Management ○ Compliance & Monitoring ○ Environmental Review ○ Technical Assistance ○ Modifications and Amendment to the Action Plan and Existing Policies and Procedures ● Overall CDBG-DR Program Implementation and Management ○ Program Implementation for Housing, Infrastructure, Economic Revitalization, Public Services and Planning Programs. ○ Project Support / Procurement Assistance related to implementation ○ Project Management / Construction Project Oversight ○ Internal and external Communications & Engagement related to CDBG DR Program Implementation ○ Subrecipient Process Management ○ Closeout and Compliance Monitoring
