The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA), Alaska Air National Guard, is seeking to purchase two (2) 130-gallon hot water heaters (WH-1 and WH-2), and one (1) 200-gallon storage tank which currently provide hot water to the entire pararescue complex. Both water heaters and the expansion tank sit side by side in Mechanical Room 107 of Building 17455 located on JBER, Alaska. Water heaters must be of equal or better quality than the existing equipment. Specification for the water heaters are as follows: • 400K British Thermal Unit (BTU) • 130 – Gallon capacity • 120V 1 Phase, 5A Rated. Specifications for the expansion tank are as follows: • 200-gallon capacity • 125 PSI working pressure • Glass lined, ASME certified.
