ISU is seeking bids from Contractor's to provide material, labor and equipment for metal fabrication and/or installation (or work) on an as needed basis. Company may be asked to supply metal materials which have not been fabricated at current price at time of order. Work may be completed both in the Contractor’s shop and “on site” at the ISU Campus, Ames, IA (as needed). ISU may deliver an item to the Contractor’s shop for fabrication or Contractor may be requested to pick-up an item on the ISU Campus for fabrication. Contractor warrants to Owner that all materials furnished under this contract will be new unless otherwise specified and that all work will be of good quality, free from faults and defects in conformance with the contract documents. If required by Owner, Company shall furnish satisfactory evidence as to the kind and quality of materials. Contractor shall be responsible for cleaning up and removing all debris, rubbish, parts, etc., created from fabrication/installation of projects on the ISU Campus or any of its entities.
