Vendor’s scope of work shall be to provide service work of designated university-owned refrigerators, freezers, ice machines, and other refrigerated equipment to ensure efficient operation. This can include, but is not limited to: 1) Completing preventive maintenance service work 2 times per year (prior to each semester starting in July/August and again in December/January during the semester break) for designated refrigerators, freezers, ice machines, and other refrigerated equipment that supports the Dining Services program. Vendor will perform preventive maintenance service work on all designated equipment within the food service areas of the Comstock Memorial Union, Kise Commons, and Flora Frick Hall. For any major issues on a piece of equipment, vendor will work with authorized MSUM personnel to make recommendations and gain approval of major service work that should be performed prior to implementing. 2) During the summer, clean and perform preventive maintenance service work on designated ice machines located in Nemzek Hall related to athletics.
