The exterior structural repair of a 5000 square foot single-level office building. Additionally, interior architectural elements such as, but not limited to drywall ceiling tiles, windows, doors, flooring, etc. are to be repaired and or replaced within this project package. The exterior work must consist of installing steel underpinning piles around the perimeter of the building, as shown on the attached plans. The piles must achieve a minimum bearing capacity of 20,000 pounds per pile. The awarded contractor must provide drill logs and samples of deleterious material to confirm the soil/aggregate type at each numbered pile location. The contractor must also provide samples to confirm the depth to bedrock that is attained at each numbered location. The contractor must polyjack the entire floor slab. The polyjacking of the floor must be coordinated with leveling of the building. This is necessary to avoid more damage to the floor. Once the building has been stabilized and brought to level condition, the contractor can commence on repair/replacement of interior architectural finishes in the building. The awarded contractor shall provide detailed photographs during the entire scope of the project.
