2.2.1 Vendor shall comply with existing City specifications for water and wastewater piping and fitting (Specifications available upon request): 2.2.1.1 (02604) Valve Boxes Meter Boxes and Meter Vaults 2.2.1.2 (02607) Adjusting Manholes, Inlets, & Valves to Grade 2.2.1.3 (02610) Ductile Iron Pipe and Fitting 2.2.1.4 (02611) Steel Pipe and Fitting 2.2.1.5 (02620) PVC Pipe 2.2.1.6 (02626) Tapping Sleeves and Valves 2.2.1.7 (02640) Gate Valves 2.2.1.8 (02645) Fire Hydrant Assembly 2.2.2 The burden of proof shall rest with the Vendor during technical evaluation, to prove that the proposed items(s), are equivalent to the performance, materials, processes or articles specified. 2.2.3 Determination as to whether the item(s), is/are equivalent to those specified shall rest solely with the City.
