Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The contractor shall provide a 12-month service plan for Thermo Fisher Scientific laboratory equipment, used by the Division to support investigations by conducting analysis in accordance with sections 633.104(1) and 633.112, Florida Statutes, and Rule 69D-5.001, Florida Administrative Code. The service plan shall include one (1) scheduled annual Preventative Maintenance visit, and an unlimited number of corrective maintenance site visits within 72 hours (3 business days) of the Department’s issuance of a technical support inquiry. In addition, the contractor is to provide only performance-verified replacement parts, software, technical support, upgrades, and on-site maintenance from certified, trained service engineers. The Department’s Technical support inquiries shall be executed as priority status, to include a targeted immediate response time.
