The Expansion Contractor will implement and expand an evidence-based and peer-facilitated model that is trauma-responsive, culturally responsive, healing-centered, and de-stigmatizing. A. The model will: 1. Promote resiliency, self-agency, and healing; 2. Include foundational, trauma-informed language and methodology and promote a sense of belonging, inclusiveness, confidence, leadership skills, and professional expertise for peer support facilitators with lived experience; 3. Be provided in languages other than English, developing a shared skill set and understanding across communities; 4. Have a curriculum that can be adapted to focus on a range of desired outcomes, such as improved mental or physical health, social connectedness, satisfaction with parenting, or employee satisfaction and retention;
