The County desires to hire a consulting firm for Programming, Preliminary Design (up to 30%), Construction Administration, and Construction, Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Services for a singlestory public transportation facility of approximately 55,000 Square Feet (SF). The new facility will include an administrative area for passenger support services, passenger waiting area with restroom facilities, two separate garage maintenance areas for buses (one for electric buses and one for fossil fuel buses), a hardened building to protect staff that are operating the transportation center during an emergency event, and staff support services that includes a kitchen area, break room, a large and small conference room, and staff restroom facilities that include showers.
