A. The Model Contractor will propose an evidence-based and peer-facilitated group mental health support model that meets the following criteria: 1. Is trauma-responsive, healing-centered, and de-stigmatizing; 2. Promotes resiliency, self-agency, and healing; 3. Includes foundational, trauma-informed language and methodology; 4. Promotes a sense of belonging and inclusiveness; 5. Promotes confidence, leadership skills, and professional expertise for peer support facilitators with lived experience; 6. Is culturally sensitive and inclusive; 7. Can be provided in languages other than English; 8. Provides a consistent system of peer support that can be blended with other peer support models in various community settings; 9. Develops a shared skill set and understanding across communities; 10. Is equally effective when led by peer facilitators or professionals; 11. Has a curriculum that can be adapted to focus on a range of desired outcomes such as improved mental or physical health, social connectedness, satisfaction about parenting, or employee satisfaction and retention; 12. Has proven successful in serving diverse populations or sectors (e.g., parents and caregivers, early learning workforce, etc.) and coordinating with other peer support models; 13. Can be provided in person and virtually; and 14. Identifies and addresses policy and systems change
