The Nebraska Department of Education (NDE) seeks to establish a pool of qualified vendors under a Master Agreement to provide targeted school improvement services across Nebraska’s public schools. These services will address needs identified through state accountability classifications (AQuESTT), federal designations (e.g., Comprehensive and Targeted Support and Improvement), and specific accountability indicators such as student achievement, absenteeism, and growth. Vendors selected through this RFP will not be guaranteed work but will be eligible for future engagements issued by NDE. These engagements will be based on individual school needs and may vary in scope, length, and funding availability. NDE has identified six projects to address priority school improvement needs: Project A: Aligning instructional materials to Nebraska college and career-ready standards Project B: Curriculum-based professional learning (CBPL) Project C: Leadership support for evidence-based literacy and tiered interventions Project D: Strategies to reduce chronic absenteeism Project E: Rapid cycles of improvement using data literacy and collaborative structures Project F: Effective use of time through scheduling aligned to instructional priorities
