The CONSULTANT to be engaged shall be expected to perform all the work necessary to provide for the proper Construction Monitoring and Inspection Services for the Ben Franklin Bridge Deck Resurfacing and Finger Joint Rehabilitation Project, Contract No. BF-64-2025. The CONSULTANT will provide all on-site and off-site project inspection and observation required to certify that all materials and workmanship for this Project are completed in conformance with the Construction Contract’s requirements and industry standards. The CONSULTANT must be capable of responding to the needs of the DRPA with personnel possessing expertise in the work specified. This expertise must exist within the firm or within the proposed Project team and must be readily available to the DRPA as needed. The scope of the construction work to be completed under Contract No. BF-64-2025 includes inspection of all work and materials to ensure that the work done, and the materials comply with the Contract Plans and Specifications. The work also includes review of project schedules, contractor's invoice payments, change orders, requests for information, and project closure activities
