1) Maximize the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of delivering and tracking our social media channels and social media content performance. 2) Provide social media management solutions that includes content management, measurement and reporting, analytics and insights, listening and intelligence, content labeling, scheduling and approval flows. 3) Features a robust publishing and scheduling tool with paid and organic integration. 4) Includes a community management tool for workflow efficiencies. 5) Analytics to include: a. Content intelligence so we can integrate our content feeds and get a better understanding of content performance. b. Audience analysis so we can understand who our audience is and develop personas. c. Paid and organic cross-channel performance for analysis and benchmarking. d. Integration with additional data visualization analytics platforms for streamlined reporting across all MarCom services. 6) As a client, to be provided web access to the system that is fully responsive on all devices to enhance our clients experience. 7) Provide a flexible system that is easily distributed with various roles throughout the campus community. 8) The roles need to be inclusive of a reasonable number of admin users as well as other user types that allow for us sharing/limited access/view only access. 9) Automate customizable manual tasks/notifications to lessen strain on subject matter experts, highly skilled workers and management. 10) Implement/convert existing project management systems data/content to new system.
