The Successful Offeror should provide exterior washing services to include, but not limited to, the following: a. Wash vehicles with soapy water and rinse with clear water. b. Steam clean or pressure clean wheels, tires, and lower exterior panels. Tire dressing (shine) shall be applied to tires. c. Clean exterior surfaces of all windows and exterior mirrors such that they are clean and free of streaks and lint. Exterior windows and mirrors should be cleaned with the appropriate cleaning supplies. d. The vehicle should be hand dried or assure the vehicle is spot free after washing. e. All parts of the exterior such as the hood, top, front bumper, rear bumper, sides, rear deck, tires, rims, and police vehicle light bars should be free of excess water by using a clean cloth. f. The Offeror should use caution not to damage decals or use any cleaning products that will damage decals. Offeror shall be liable for any decal damage to vehicles. g. Exterior washing may be fully automated, or hand washed. The Offeror should provide interior cleaning services to include, but not limited to, the following: a. Clean and scrub completely all traces of human bodily fluids such as urine, excrement, vomit, blood, and spittle. b. The Offeror shall be responsible for following the necessary safety precautions in the handling, disposal, and sanitation of bodily fluids in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. c. All interior and headliner surfaces such as plastic, vinyl, fabric, or metal areas should be completely cleaned, treated, and dried. d. The Offeror should provide and treat the interior with a deodorant or air freshener to remove residual smells.
