1. Trash and Recycling: Empty and wipe clean all waste receptacles and recycling containers. Dispose of all waste and recyclables in designated dumpsters. Replace liners if soiled of ripped, but replace liners daily in Holding Areas and Restrooms, Lobby and Kitchen/Lounge areas. 2. Vacuum Carpet: Vacuum all carpeted areas including walk-off mats and area rugs using a certified CRI and HEPA (or better) filtered vacuum. Edge vacuum as needed to maintain dust/dirt free baseboards. 3. Spot-Clean Carpet: Spot clean all carpeting (using approved manufacturers' process and materials). 4. Resilient Floor Care: Dry mop and damp mop all resilient type flooring (tile, vinyl tile, rubber, concrete, hardwood, etc.) with manufacturer's recommended methods and cleaners (neutral). When completed, all edges and baseboards shall be free of dirt/debris.
