The CM/GC will be required to manage all construction activities associated with this project. This includes but is not limited to the management and coordination of trades, coordination with the College and its ongoing operations on the campus and mitigation of interruptions to College operations and students, staff and faculty. The CM/GC will be required to participate in final design conversations and contribute to the parallel development of schedules and logistic planning. 3.2. The CM/GC will manage the bid and solicitation process to procure competitive bids for all pertinent scopes of work and provide the College with a complete project cost. Once accepted, the CM/GC will fully execute the work and turnover to the college a product that meets or exceeds the College’s expectations.
