Systems in scope: Bosch Intrusion panels - Bosch Remote Programming Software (RPS) Alarm Management - Bold Manitou Related or similar systems, either now owned or later acquired by County Scope of work: Service, support, maintenance, and implementation of Central Station Alarms (intrusion/motion/duress alarm systems and devices). This includes: Relocation, addition, repair, removal/decommissioning Preventative maintenance (batteries, testing, cleaning, calibration, etc) Monthly system health reports (including duress alarms and battery life) Wireless duress and door contact batteries Manage PM schedule for replacement Intrusion panel power backup battery Manage PM schedule for replacement Sensors checks/testing/calibrating (glass break, motion, door contact) Communication pathways (physical and cloud) Panel connections and terminations Software and/or firmware updates
