1. Contractor will recycle residential electronics and/or refrigerant containing items aggregated and sorted by Dane County staff at Dane County Clean Sweep facility. Dane County staff will collect, sort, and package electronic equipment for shipment in accordance with the State of Wisconsin’s E-Cycle Wisconsin program. a. It is preferred that the awarded vendor is able to take residential electronics and refrigerant containing items but the ability to take both is not required. A vendor could bid on residential electronics only, refrigerant containing items only or both, b. The contractor shall provide all packaging and shipping supplies needed as well as recycling and reporting services in compliance with the program. 2. Electronics are collected from residents into a maximum of eleven categories specified by the Contractor. Vendors must be able to provide a shipping trailer to be left on site and transportation services as needed.
