 Well 15 drilling, installation, and testing  Well 15R drilling, installation, and testing  Vertical turbine well pump with sounding tubes for water level measurement  Variable frequency drive for Well 15  Reverse Voltage Soft Start (RVSS) motor for Well 15R  Conversion of existing Well 15 to a monitor well  Piping from the existing distribution line to each well  Pump to Waste piping from each well  Down Hole Flow Control Valve  Water flush lubrication system  Ancillary equipment related to well controls Instrumentation and connections to Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system for a fully automated well  Electrical power for all new equipment  Piping to existing raw water pipeline to water plant  A CMU building which will house an electrical room  Each site will also be graded to accommodate storm water conveyance to existing retention basins at the plant
