Qualified consultants to support the enhancement of its VR services. This project aims to improve employment outcomes for individuals with disabilities by strengthening service delivery models, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and building capacity among VR staff and partners. The qualified consultants are to provide expert guidance in program planning, implementation, and evaluation to enhance the effectiveness, accessibility, and impact of VR services . Program Development & Strategy. Assess current VR programs and identify areas for improvement. Recommend improvements to increase effectiveness, accessibility, and alignment with WIOA and RSA mandates. Provide professional service to assist the VR program to improve its practices, strategies, and overall effectiveness agency wide. Provide technical assistance on client case management, assessment tools, and service documentation. Review and advise on policies to ensure alignment with federal and state requirements. Familiarity with RSA, WIOA, IDEA, and other relevant legislation. Strong skills in data analysis, training, and policy interpretation.
