• Redesign the park layout to incorporate existing conditions, including the ½-acre municipal well site and adjacent retention basin. • Relocate or modify proposed amenities, including tennis court(s), to accommodate the well site footprint. • Design and construct a baseball diamond, open turf areas, playground space, picnic areas, walking paths, and a designated dog park. • Integrate drought-tolerant landscaping, efficient irrigation systems, shade structures, and CPTED principles. • Develop grading and drainage improvements to ensure proper site runoff, particularly around the well site and retention basin areas. • Ensure ADA-compliant access throughout the park and connectivity to surrounding public sidewalks.
