• Procure necessary materials, equipment, labor, permits, etc. for the Fort Mill River Access Storm Debris Removal Project. • Removal of debris consists of removing all man-made debris including but not limited to tires, lumber, plastic tanks, large organic material, and vegetative debris close to path which would pose a hazard to the public and under power lines. Naturally decomposing debris will not be removed unless it is very near the walking path. The approximate area of service is shown below. • Debris removal boundaries are indicated on-site by pink flagging tape. • Haul and dispose of debris off-site. Debris disposal site must be disclosed to the City. • Concrete walking path access is limited by small pedestrian bridges. Large pieces of equipment will have limited access due to narrow pedestrian bridges.
